Returning a product?
It can always happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we provide the option for a refund or exchange. This must be done within 14 days and the returned goods must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. The items must be in their original condition with the original labels.
How to return?
Returns can be made in two ways:
- Return via drop-off in our store (free)
Return via shipping
- Request your return by sending an email to info@slow-running.eu. We will then process the return and provide you with a shipping label to send the item/items back.
- Attention! Never stick the shipping label directly on a shoebox. This way, the box remains undamaged and we can process the return correctly.
What do you include with the return shipment?
- The items to be returned with original labels
- The delivery note (if it was included)
- The completed return form
Can I return only one of the products from my order?
Yes, that is certainly possible. You can return all products from your order separately. In the return form, you can indicate which product you wish to return.
If the total amount of the order, after deducting the returned goods, falls below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
What if I received the wrong product?
Oh dear, that is not the intention. Send an email to info@slow-running.eu and we will ensure that you have the correct order at home as soon as possible.
What can I not return?
- Gift vouchers
- Items with signs of use (the item must not be worn, the label must still be attached, not washed…)
